Inspiration and Creative Process

This song was born out of empathy and sensitivity to today’s world. Moved by recent events and a conversation with a psychologist friend, Diana felt compelled to create a piece that promotes both inner and social peace through art.

Her friend shared concerns about the rise of emotional distress and violence in various contexts, and suggested making a musical appeal for peace. That conversation became the spark for a song that reflects not only Diana’s personal concerns but also her artistic commitment to collective well-being.

About Diana Ball

Diana Ball is a singer and music educator who has devoted her life to exploring artistic expression through sound. She began piano studies at age six and, at sixteen, started violin training, which led her to participate in international festivals and workshops.

Inspired by her father—a choral baritone—Diana developed a deep connection with singing from childhood, though she only decided to share her voice openly as an adult. She has sung in university choirs, collaborated on independent music projects, and performed cover songs at events across Costa Rica.

Now, Diana is establishing herself as a solo artist, creating conscious lyrics and soulful sounds designed to touch the listener’s heart and contribute to an energetic transformation of the environment.
