FiNiX Drops Epic New Single “WEak Are Strong”

[San José, Costa Rica / Brazil / USA] – November 7 2025 –

Rising reggae collective FiNiX has unveiled their latest single “WEak Are Strong”, a track born from tragedies and a deep desire to right the wrongs. The concept was originally developed by JC Bassicly who wrote the lyrics and composed the music starting with a ukulele version before moving into a full band demo. In the end, Costa Rebel delivered a deep, dubby reggae production that perfectly frames the song’s powerful message. The result is a bold anthem addressing the delusion that violence is strength instead of peaceful solidarity, delivered with authenticity, fire, and upliftment. “This song challenges the world order and offers a new reality–one in which the power of love unites the masses and overcomes all the petty forces who seek to divide and conquer,” the band shares.

Founded in 2023, Finix began as a simple recording project and quickly grew into a full reggae collective with 20 members currently. Two years later, the group has already performed more than 50 shows across the USA, Jamaica, and Brazil, building an impressive international grassroots following. Earlier this year, FiNiX released the singles “Culture Maker” and “Where Are The Leaders”, and “WEak Are Strong” now follows as their next major statement. With a new EP titled Resistencia scheduled before the end of 2025, FiNiX shows no signs of slowing down.

The new single will premiere live at a local pop-up concert and will be part of all future set lists. A booking push is underway to fill up next year’s calendar and expand the band’s geographic reach. A strong promotional push will follow, including:
